What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service and assistance to residents by addressing their needs and concerns
- Act as a liaison for maintenance requests and ensure proper resolution of issues
- Participate in call monitoring and training workshops to enhance performance
- Maintain service level standards for answering calls and responding to inquiries
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry and communication via company software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of customer service experience
- Flexible schedule including weekends and/or evenings
- Experience in a call center environment and data management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing skills (minimum 35 wpm)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with property management and maintenance service categories
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle challenging calls
- Knowledge of VoIP phone systems
