Job Description

Our agency client is searching for a Creative Project Manager to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth collaboration between account and creative teams, managing incoming requests, and keeping projects on track. Location: Fully Remote Duration: approx 30hrs/week Key Responsibilities:

• Intake & Organization: Manage incoming creative requests from the account team, ensuring all necessary details are captured and documented before work begins.
• Information Gathering: Confirm that briefs and supporting materials are complete, clear, and actionable.
• Scheduling & Timelines: Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones for creative deliverables.
• Workload Management: Assist in prioritizing creative requests, balancing workloads, and flagging potential resource conflicts.
• Workflow Support: Facilitate communication and collaboration between account and creative teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years in creative project management, traffic, or creative operations roles, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative.
